Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the in-development Functional Testing Team , ensuring high-quality delivery across project phases.
Perform test effort estimations and provide accurate inputs to the Project Manager for planning and execution.
Oversee end-to-end testing delivery up to the System Integration Testing (SIT) environment.
Prepare and maintain key testing documents including Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Run Plans .
Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and test execution coverage to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Present overall testing progress, risks, and quality metrics in PWG and PSC governance meetings .
Prepare and publish regular testing reports such as:
