Application Developer

Work Set up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable C++ applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring
• Implement fixes and enhancements with minimal disruption and maintain documentation for issues and resolutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and support practices

• Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and production support/incident management
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and strong communication/collaboration skills
