Job Requirements:

  • Excellent hands-on experience with AS400 / IBM i systems
  • Strong knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, SQL RPGLE, SQL, CL, and CLLE (from a support and troubleshooting perspective)
  • Proven experience in batch job monitoring and production support
  • Strong communication and listening skills for effective client interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a support team and coordinate with Client Managers and SMEs
