Job Description

This role combines Software Engineering and Application Support responsibilities, involving both system development and day-to-day operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting support and response.
Debug issues and make necessary code changes.
Perform software development using programming languages.
Log, escalate and follow through with issues, ensuring that issues are resolved.
Review and improve our alarms and alarm response.
Periodic reviews and submission of the capacity needs of the business.
Support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills.
Deploy new versions of the software.
Generate reports on the operational workloads, review capacity needs of the business, support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline.
