Application Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Must have Fullstack development experience, with hands-on experience in Java and/or Python.
• 2–7 years of experience as an Angular developer, with additional experience in Java and NodeJS.
• Fast learner with strong critical-thinking skills; able to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement process improvements.
• Skilled in assessing risks and ensuring oversight of development processes.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills; comfortable coaching, mentoring, and monitoring Java development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and take ownership of solutions.
• Ability to read and write in Japanese, or must hold a JLPT certification.
