Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Development Team to analyze business requirements and design new

applications or enhance existing systems to fully meet functional and technical needs.

• Review technical designs with Project Leads to ensure alignment on development approach, solution

consistency, and fulfillment of business requirements.

• Develop, revise, and maintain application components and technical documentation based on approved

specifications.

• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer reviews to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of deliverables.

• Utilize development tracking and status reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and issues to Project Leads.

• Deliver assigned tasks on time while maintaining quality standards and compliance with business requirements.
