Job Title: Application Developer III
Duration: 9+ Months (Possible temp to hire)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219



Responsibilities:
  • Special skills required for prompt engineering and vibe coding experience with Windsurf or Cursor and experience in highly scaled environments
  • 10+ years' experience as a full stack developer
  • Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot / Angular
  • Deep understanding of scalability, fault tolerant, and secure systems
  • Experience in LLM coding assist tools and associated best practices
    • Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Java 17+
  • Spring Boot 3.5+
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in government contracting, security standards (FedRAMP / NIST 800-53 Rev 5) and/or privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA)
  • Zero trust architecture experience a plus
