Application Developer

Overview

Gallagher is looking for an all around Application Developer who is strong with C#/.Net and Database skills. This person needs to be able to work very independantly with little direction. How you'll make an impact Main Responsibilities Application Development Primary responsibility is to write / develop code per user stories developed by our Business Analyst (BA) team. Work with our BA’s and other developers on new application development in support of our integrated benefits underwriting and management platform. Regularly meet with our BA’s to review new requirements, progress on existing work and testing in an Agile Development environment Conduct thorough Data Exploratory Analysis before starting to code in order to determine potential issues with existing data not identified in the specs Application Support Work on existing applications within our benefits administration platform regarding new enhancements, new capabilities and fixes on an as needed ba...
