- 5 - 10 years experience in Customer Delivery environment.
- Must be familiar with application delivery, application sunset and strategies
- Must be familiar with Change Advisory Boards
- Must be able to manage Application roadmaps
- Must manage all levels of Stakeholders
- Manage Service Level Agreements and work towards optimisation and automation
- Service Level reporting and managing the team
