As an Application & Database Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide daily support for business applications and databases, including issue resolution and feature enhancements
• Translate business requirements into system and data specifications
• Design, maintain, and optimize database structures and data models
• Support application patches, upgrades, and database migrations
• Manage user access and conduct system and application testing
• Monitor and tune database performance
• Oversee IT audits, business continuity planning, and compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Provide backup support and perform other assigned duties
