Responsibilities

  • Support customers and partners with questions regarding payroll software.
  • Guide clients through the entire payroll process, from payroll processing to the Self‑Service portal.
  • Contribute to active product development by providing qualified feedback.
  • Support the rollout of new software releases and conduct comprehensive testing of features.
  • Create clear FAQ articles and relevant news updates.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training with a Swiss federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) in social insurance or HR, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role or payroll position.
  • Solid payroll expertise in payroll accounting, social insurances, and withholding tax.
  • Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in digital developments.
  • Confident communication skills in German; Italian language skills at a minimum B1–B2.
