Job Description

Location:

Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation

Monthly Salary Package: 15,500 SAR

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows

  • Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems (preferably Santechture “Robin RCM” solution)

  • Ability to develop project proposals, plans, and deliverables

  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Proficiency in SQL for report development

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable
