Job Description

The Application Analyst is responsible for providing resolution to our customer issues that come in via phone call or email that cannot be resolved on the first pass.

Responsibilities

• Identifying Issue Trends: The Application Analyst is the first person to identify an issue once it has been validated as a true issue. They are responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
• Working interdepartmentally: Depending on the type of issue, the Application Analyst may need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, and Account Managers to help resolve reported issues.
• Problem Solving: The Application Analyst should be able to analyze issues accurately and create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
