**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- ** Team Work and Collaboration**:Provide customer service excellence in supporting Plexus teammates through incident support, management and resolution.
- ** Implementation**:Help manage and successfully deliver low to moderate complexity efforts.
- ** Business Value and Innovation (APAC Only)**:Assist with documenting detailed systems requirements encompassing screen mockups and diagrams.
- All GT team members are responsible for upholding the organization's cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents.
