Job Description
We’re seeking an Application Analyst to support and enhance Microsoft-based business systems in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys application support, training, and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires onsite presence and schedule flexibility, including holidays when needed.
What You’ll Do
+ Configure, administer, and support Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central , and related ISV solutions
+ Develop clear training materials, documentation, and service delivery guides
+ Deliver technical and operational training to diverse user groups
+ Manage and evaluate training schedules and effectiveness
