Under limited supervision this position will:
Provide technical and business support to local and remote end users for the assigned business applications, including training, resolving issues, recommending and implementing solutions.Manage the lifecycle of the supported applications from implementation to retirement, including: application configuration, maintenance, security management, licensing, and renewals.Provide technical expertise and support for integration with other applications, including understanding the infrastructure architecture and how other applications interact.Manage vendor relation...
