Application Administrator

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Administrator with a strong focus on finance to join our team. The role includes maintaining, upgrading, patching, configuring, and operating our software platforms and other resources while ensuring audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration/System Maintenance: Complete requests for configurations such as tax rates, fixed asset categories, currency rates, HRMS jobs/grades, general ledger chart of accounts and rollups, cross validation rules, etc.
• Period End: Perform period end activities including organization changes such as GL segments, rollups, etc.
• Year End: Perform year end activities.
• Assurance Services: Work with internal and external audit groups to review the reliability and integrity of information systems and ensure compliance with Stantec’s processes and policies.
• Quarterly review of security (user access) controls.
