In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise applications for workforce management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering reliable application performance and user support.

  • Install, configure, and maintain the workforce management application for our contact center agents
  • Perform routine system administration tasks including user account management, access controls, and security updates
  • Monitor application performance and system health, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams
