Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced, ticketed Field Service Technicians to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC.
A valid Gas B, Gas C, or Gas Appliance Technician certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
This position focuses on providing expert, in-field service support for premium residential appliances, including troubleshooting, repair, modification, and installation. Approximately 90% of service work is completed in customer homes, with the remaining 10% in commercial settings. Technicians are expected to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the company’s high standards for technical excellence and brand representation.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted, professional ambassador of the brand, delivering expert-level in-home service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
