Job Description

iStore is the home of everything Apple and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. The Technical Support Consultant role provides hands-on technical support to iStore customers, troubleshooting software issues and assisting with Apple hardware and software.

You will deliver training and guidance to customers to help them get the most from their Apple devices, while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and service excellence in every interaction.
