The Property Management Maintenance Coordinator will communicate directly with tenants, vendors, and Management. This person will respond to tenants through the company portal, coordinate maintenance requests with vendors, follow up at the start and completion of service requests, and communicate directly with Management. We are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented, loves to problem solve, takes initiative, and takes pride in owning projects from start to finish.
