Role Overview

As an Appeals Administration Assistant, you will support our Tribunal Representative in managing a busy caseload of clients appealing decisions related to social security benefits. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop administrative and legal support skills in a meaningful setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and filing correspondence from the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunal Service (NICTS)
  • Sorting and managing evidence received from clients
  • Assisting clients in gathering supporting documentation for their appeals
  • Scanning and uploading documents to our electronic case management system (or emailing scanned copies if preferred)
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide updates or request information
