Hi,
I have a 94 Sqm appartment . The initial planning is not to my liking so I would like you to redesign the floorplan and create an optimized spaces. The appartment is for a family of four.
The scope of the job is JUST the wall seperation.
Couple points to take into account.
The Coridor is about 20sqm, which I consider complete lost space.
Idealy I would like to have master bedroom, but not critical.
Would like to have a seperate office type of space, can be small one.
Maybe second bathroom.
These are just points to direct you. I understand that not all can be met at the same time.
What I expect from you. 1-2 ideas on the floor plan considering above points.
