Apparel Product Development & R&D Merchandiser

Position Overview

MH Global Attire is looking for an experienced Apparel Product Development & R&D Merchandiser to support garment sampling, product development, and sourcing operations.

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan

Employment type: Part‑time, freelance, or consultancy-based role. Compensation will be discussed as a monthly retainer, per style, or per sample‑development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop apparel samples according to buyer requirements and tech packs
• Recommend suitable fabrics, GSM, composition, construction and finishes
• Coordinate fabric, trims, printing, embroidery and sample stitching
• Work with pattern masters, sample rooms and production units
• Review garment measurements, fitting, workmanship and quality
• Assist with fabric and garment consumption
• Support product costing and production feasibility
