Lead the end-to-end development, participate in architecture discussions, and code reviews. Participate in technical decision-making, suggesting best practices in scalability, security, and reliability. Mentor junior engineers and guide them through coding standards and development workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, enterprise Architects and business stakeholders. Hands-on Engineering Build backend services using Python and/or Node.js/JavaScript. Develop front-end applications using React with modern component patterns. Work on APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack.
