Key Responsibilities:
1. APM Tool Expertise
- Utilize APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc., to monitor and analyze application performance.
- Evaluate and maintain dashboards to ensure optimal application health.
2. Incident Management
- Conduct first-level analysis for incidents and provide detailed incident reports for P1 and P2 issues.
- Track downtime and ensure proactive monitoring to prevent critical failures.
- Maintain and update stakeholders regarding any identified application impacts.
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and analyze reports related to P1 & P2 incidents.
- Monitor success ratios of major applications using APM tools.
4. Collaboration and Client Interaction
- Maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
