API Support Consultant

Experience: 2-3 years in API governance, development, and support.

Technical Skills:

· Hands-on experience with API gateways (Akana preferred).

· Understanding of REST/SOAP services, HTTP protocols, and authentication standards.

· Basic to intermediate JavaScript skills for transformation logic.

· Experience in incident handling, operational support, and basic debugging.

· Familiarity with developer portals and API onboarding processes.

Good-to-have:

· Experience working with on-premise deployments and familiarity with cloud migration concepts.

· Exposure to API governance standards and lifecycle management.

Soft Skills:

· Strong documentation skills and ability to support cross-team communication.

· Proactive mindset and capability to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
