Job Description

**Grow the business**

+ Drive retail, production and wholesale results with assigned distributors; own weekly forecasts and sales reporting.
+ Manage inventory/stock allocation and implement corrective action plans to hit targets.
+ Monitor distributor financials and sales KPIs; identify and correct performance gaps.

**Serve the distributor**

+ Build strong relationships with distributor leadership and visit regularly to support execution.
+ Own and resolve distributor escalations; document visit outcomes and agreed actions.
+ Support distributor events and local initiatives as needed.

**Champion distributor success**

+ Align annual marketing plans with APDM Marketing to support ASO/APV and ensure Ford brand standards.
+ Drive customer experience and NPS improvement via training and CX coaching.
+ Use market and competitor intelligence (including showroom visits) to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
