Grow the business
Drive retail, production and wholesale results with assigned distributors; own weekly forecasts and sales reporting. Manage inventory/stock allocation and implement corrective action plans to hit targets. Monitor distributor financials and sales KPIs; identify and correct performance gaps. Serve the distributor
Build strong relationships with distributor leadership and visit regularly to support execution. Own and resolve distributor escalations; document visit outcomes and agreed actions. Support distributor events and local initiatives as needed. Champion distributor success
Align annual marketing plans with APDM Marketing to support ASO/APV and ensure Ford brand standards. Drive customer experience and NPS improvement via training and CX coaching. Use market and competitor intelligence (including showroom visits) to identify opportunities...
