Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team for Multi-Housing client in Arvin, CA.
As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our multi-housing units are ready for new residents. You will be responsible for completing repairs, renovations, work orders, and various projects as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.
Duties:

Performs daily service, routine and preventative maintenance in units, apartment maintenance including prep work and painting, common areas and all grounds.

Prepares move-in inspection report with new and vacating residents
