Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the organization's financial records, and is essential to the smooth operation of our Franchise Auto Dealer’s financial systems.
This position is responsible for processing incoming payments, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with various accounting software.

* Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis

 
* Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices

 
* Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company polices and procedures
