Job Description

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience from interview scheduling through to offer stage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and support
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for all participants
  • Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organised and accurate records of all recruitment activities in recruiting systems, upholding high standards of detail and responsiveness
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
