APAC Implementation Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Deployment / L1.5 Support Engineer to manage application deployments, patching, and environment support activities in non-production (lower) environments such as Dev, QA, UAT, and SIT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deployments, basic system administration, and troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and database layers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute environment setup, refresh, and deployment activities.
• Ensure proper configuration and version alignment of applications and infrastructure components.
• Track and manage environment availability, ensuring minimal downtime during test cycles.
• Document environment configurations, dependencies, and deployment processes.
• Act as the first point of contact (L1 support) for environment-related incidents.
