Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to lead HR technology initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will ensure data integrity, system performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver impactful HR solutions.

In this role, you’ll implement and optimize HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP/Oracle), conduct audits, train users, and generate dashboards to drive strategic decisions across multiple markets.
