Role Overview

This is a dual-stream HR administration role supporting our APAC offices. You will manage two distinct workforce populations, permanent staff and temporary workers. Each operating through its own process framework and stakeholder team. For permanentstaff, you will work in close partnership with the HR Operations team fortemporary workers, your primary counterpart will be the Compliance team.

This is a varied, hands-on role with real breadth and scope to grow. The ability tocontext-switch between two different operational rhythms, and build strongrelationships with two distinct internal teams, is central to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

. Manageend-to-end onboarding for new joiners across APAC including contracts, right-to-work checks, induction scheduling, and system set-up.
