  • Define and execute the APAC GPD strategy to improve competitive positioning and expand market share across key industries and applications.
  • Translate global and regional priorities into clear execution plans aligned with customer buying journeys.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to APAC leadership in shaping medium- to long-term business plans.
  • Lead, develop, and engage a team of 20+ Product specialists and Workflow specialists across APAC.
  • Build strong technical depth, application expertise, and leadership capability to support current and future growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Drive development of high-impact demonstrations, targeted solutions, and workflows that address critical customer needs.
