RM Staffing is seeking a DCT Recruitment Specialist based in Paine, Chile, to source and recruit Data Center Technicians across the APAC region. The role includes conducting technical interviews and maintaining a reliable pool of skilled technicians.

The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of recruiting experience, strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, and excellent organizational skills. Fluency in English and familiarity with ATS tools are essential.
