Job Description

RBC is seeking an Associate in the Client Success Team to lead cross‑product onboarding for clients in the APAC region. The role involves coordinating with KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs and Risk to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong client service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of onboarding or related operations experience, a solid understanding of capital markets derivatives, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
