Project Manager (Vendor Transition & AP Operations)
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a vendor transition initiative supporting the rollout of a new PO/AP system.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead vendor outreach and onboarding, guiding vendors through system transition
+ Manage project timelines, milestones, and overall performance tracking
+ Monitor KPIs and build basic reporting to measure progress and success
+ Review vendor contracts and support vendor compliance activities
+ Partner with Accounts Payable on invoicing and operational processes
+ Ensure data accuracy across vendor setup, invoicing, and reporting
+ Communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive progress
