Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

·Accountable for ensuring that all AP activities are performed, and policy/regulatory requirements are met during the migration and the BAU period as well.

·Create and maintain standard best practices

·Supervise transitions for related areas, support changes, participate/lead efficiency projects

·Staff the team with capable people, release employees if that becomes necessary

·Ensure team members are adequately trained, encourage development of skills, ensure backup structure is in place

·Active support in employee engagement

·Creates talent review file and follows up agreed actions

·Conducts 1-2-1 sessions and Winning Together reviews with Team members, and use the information to motivate them for improving...
