We are looking for an AP Data & Automation Analyst, based in Argentina, to become part of Prediktive's Finance Team.

The person in this role thrives in a data-driven environment. This position goes beyond traditional AP responsibilities — it's ideal for someone passionate about automation, macros, scripting, and leveraging AI and SQL to build smarter, more efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP records across internal databases and accounting systems.
• Coordinate invoice approvals in accordance with company policy and automate approval processes where feasible.
• Upload approved payments into banking platforms, monitor rejected transactions, and troubleshoot failures.
• Leverage macros, scripts, and AI tools to automate repetitive AP tasks (e.g., reconciliations, validations, notifications).
• Develop and maintain SQL-based queries and dashboards for reporting and reconciliation.
