Position Summary

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing, filing, administrative tasks, and managing Accounts Payable functions for all company projects. This position is full-time and located at our office in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payables (including validation & data entry) for timely collection and payment.
• Prepare invoices for approval and attach applicable schedule, statutory declaration, WCB Clearance and other documentation as required.
