In this two-year programme, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business through four job rotations (6‑month cycle) across different business areas, participate in Agile scrum-based projects and have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the Aon business, gaining knowledge and insight into our world of data and analytics. Graduates will be placed in various areas of the business and will have the opportunity to explore risk management and data analytics during the course of the programme.
