This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements.

Reporting to the AOG Manager, the AOG Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all AOG-related material needs. This role is responsible for sourcing, expediting, and coordinating logistics and customs to ensure rapid resolution of Aircraft On Ground situations. The Specialist works closely with the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) to maintain clear, timely communication and support swift decision‑making. Success in this role requires a high level of initiative, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
