We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced AOG Operations Supervisor to join our Air Freight team based in London Skyline, supporting a 24/7 AOG control tower environment.

This is a critical role focused on the rapid, compliant, and efficient movement of time‑critical aircraft parts, ensuring we consistently meet demanding aviation customer SLAs.

As AOG Operations Supervisor, you will lead and support a high‑performing team, overseeing urgent, time‑sensitive shipments from end to end. You’ll play a key role in operational decision‑making, managing escalations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
