Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) professional to manage the daily operations of our 24/7 residential rehabilitation facility, located 10 minutes from Pakenham on a 40‑acre property.
Full‑time, permanent position; approximately Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Includes generous salary packaging and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operational processes and develop and regularly review systems and processes that ensure effective program delivery.
Ensure program planning and delivery focus on client needs, using evidence and data to guide decision‑making.
Provide continuous oversight and review of the collaborative service model, operational procedures, systems and processes to maintain high‑quality service delivery.
