Davidson are working with a state government department who are seeking an experienced Training Compliance Officer.

About the Role

The Senior Training Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing effective and efficient management of RTO (Registered Training Organisations) compliance through the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the development of RTO processes to ensure compliance and alignment with current legislation, regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement the RTO quality assurance of training and assessment material in consultation with the entity training units.
  • Provide post-training and assessment validation reports and assist units with rectification of issues identified during the validation process to ensure ongoing compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
