About the Role
You will be a part of the team by providing high quality administrative and correspondence support to the General Manager, Senior Leadership team, departmental officers and external stakeholders, in order to facilitate the administrative and executive matters relating to the business group.
The Correspondence Officer is a business-critical role in the Office of the General Manager, and is responsible for the coordination of a range of materials to support the functions including correspondence, briefing notes, discussion papers and cabinet materials.
The position works across the division and requires someone who is a multi-tasker, comfortable with working with deadlines and has good organisational and communications skills, and shows initiative and problem solving capabilities. Ex...
