AO5 Advisor (Program Performance)

We're excited to be partnering with a large QLD Government Department in the recruitment of an Advisor (Program Performance) to provide high-level support services to project managers and team members, enhancing the timely and effective delivery of programs and projects across the region.

Working within a regional program governance function, you'll play a key role in supporting governance meeting preparation, tracking project change control, and maintaining the integrity of program data and reporting across the region.

As the Advisor, you will:

Prepare governance meeting materials (agendas, papers, briefing materials) for regional and statewide steering committees and boards

Manage minutes, actions, and escalation pathways, supporting rapid turnaround of requests

Maintain program/project change control documentation

Track and close governance actions
