Job Description
The Position
In this role, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple units, ensuring consistent delivery of Levy standards.
Act as the key escalation point for Unit Managers and operational leaders within your area.
Be accountable for labour management, cost control, and workforce planning across your units.
Provide on-the-ground support during operational peaks to ensure smooth delivery.
Partner with stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
Drive consistency and efficiency across all areas under your leadership.
Report on performance, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions.
